Design Introduction

Tell us about your goals for the design, your vision and the way you want to make your home feel and interact with you. Share with us your intended investment in your home. Explain any obstacles we may need to be aware of. Finally, we will complete measurements of your home so that we may begin the design process.

Research and Conceptual Design

This is where we develop our design plan and concepts. Here, we will refine your style by selecting your color palette, review your space and furniture plan ensuring we make thoughtful decisions on how you want your space to feel and flow. We will discuss existing art and new artwork placement. Creating a cohesive space is our motivation behind this part of the process.

Presentation and Changes

Our design concept begins to take shape in this next step of the process. Here we will decide on any changes, omissions or additions to elements based on your personal preferences. Thoughtful collaboration on all elements help to bring your personality into our design creating a unique design identity all your own.

Demolition / Construction

Whether your project requires a full remodel or just a refresh, we begin the demolition and construction of your space as follows:

• New Construction – ground up preparation and construction of all aspects of your design build project.
• Remodel – demolition of the existing space or spaces along with construction of the new floor plan of the space.
• Furnishings – repair any minor damage to the space that was created by normal wear and tear.

In the phase, we are essentially preparing your home for the next phase of the design process.

Purchasing and Scheduling

Selections are finalized and construction underway, we begin curating your materials, furnishings and fixtures as well as schedule our team of skilled trade professionals.

Implementation

Your vision comes to life in this phase of the process. Our team places furniture and artwork bringing your personality into your home. All of the final touches are added creating the final reveal for you to enjoy for years to come.
